Veronica & Ankit’s Chilston Park wedding ran so smoothly and happily it felt like a dream! Just putting together this blog post and looking back at their pictures, I can remember vividly how relaxed (but equally exhilarated) everyone at their wedding was, from guests who’d travelled far and wide to be there, to the bride and groom themselves.
Veronica & Ankit chose the details of their day by following their instincts; they explained how even though the blue of their invitations did not match their colour theme, it seemed like the perfect colour and so that’s what they chose. I loved the range of colours used on the day from the ivories and lilacs of the wedding breakfast to the delicate green of their dusted wedding cake; simply beautiful!! On top of this they were blessed with some beautiful sunshine and vibrant May flowers, such a perfect day!
Congratulations once more Veronica & Ankit and thank you for choosing me to photograph your wedding; it was wonderful to be involved in your day. Lorna xxx

Veronica’s pretty accessories were by blossom and her beautiful dress was designed by Oleg Cassini which was fitted by David’s Bridal
This was the first time I had ever seen The Orangery at Chilston Park used as a wedding breakfast room and it was just beautiful as the final light of the day streamed through
And my fave! Gorgeous cake by Bageriet Bakery
And ending the day perfectly with some portraits as the sun was going down…
