It was no surprise to me when Claire from one of the top 10 UK Wedding Blogs, The English Wedding Blog ‘snapped up’ the chance to feature Rhiannon & David’s beautiful wedding! Rhiannon & David were married at the stunning Newlands Chapel in Kent, a beautiful medieval chapel which fitted perfectly with the delicate details for their day and their plan for an intimate and personal ceremony with their closest friends and family. They continued their celebrations with a cream tea amidst the stunning grounds of Chilston Park Hotel.
Everything about their day felt like it fitted so perfectly with their personalities and their desire to create a special and beautiful wedding. Rhiannon explains ” Our wedding was planned around the idea of a summer afternoon tea. Everything else stemmed from that one idea.” They focused on making sure that they had everything that they needed with unique and many home crafted details. I love any excuse to look at Rhiannon & David’s pictures, they are so kind and giving, being able to spend the day with them on their wedding was such a privilege and so much fun!
Their wedding rings were engraved with the co-ordinates of where David had proposed…

David waiting at the chapel, keeping himself very calm!
The stunning Newlands Chapel is privately owned by Gail who takes an incredible amount of pride in making sure everything looks perfect. I really can’t thank Gail enough for being so helpful and accommodating.
In a break from tradition, David greeted Rhiannon as she arrived and they walked into the chapel to be married together alongside their bridesmaids. They walked down the aisle together to beautiful harp music by Carys Hughes
Perhaps one of my favourite black and whites from the day!
“And we did it!”
After the ceremony Rhiannon & David spent a quiet few mins together toasting their marriage and having a few pics in the beautiful grounds..
